Wow thankyou so much Hollie. You were patient, helpful and had a clear idea of what was needed and you were great with the kids. The photos are amazing and really captured the kids personalities. The Grandparents loved their gift and are ecstatic that they keep those moments captured forever.

I just wanted to say again how delighted we are of the photos of Summer – you have such a great way with babies and your images really captured her beautifully. The packaging of everything was also beautiful. We will definitely be back for round two one day! 

Hollie is a real gem, full of patience to capture the images you want. There’s no rush and you can be involved as little or as much as you like. The packages are very reasonably priced for the quality of photographs and presentation is second to none. Book a session and you’ll see what I mean. 

We are in LOVE with the pictures you took of Zach, Caleb and all of us! Your calm presence and patience with both the boys is evident in the amazing results… ‘The Hands’ picture, in particular, blew us all away and my favourite is the one of Caleb giving Zach a kiss, you’ve really captured such a beautiful moment. Those first few weeks are such a blur and they grow so quickly, I am so pleased we did this when he was so little but also can’t wait to return to mark special times ahead.

Hi Hollie, I’ve just had a look at the photos. Thank you so so much, they are so beautiful – can’t believe you managed to get everyone looking so natural all at the one time.  There are some real gems in the package and I love the cute USB stick and box! 

We just got home from being away and picked up our parcel, I can’t wipe the smile off my face, the pics are perfect!! And the way you have packaged and displayed them is just so lovely I am over the moon!! Thank you so much you do an amazing job!!

I cannot recommend Hollie from Hen Photography enough. Hollie has been there to capture our whole journey from Pregnancy to Birth and through to Newborn baby at 11 days old.

Hollie consulted with me twice before the birth of my daughter by having a coffee with me and my partner so that we could share our ideas on how to best capture what were soon to be the most memorable moments of our lives. The birth of our first born.

During the maternity shoot I found her to be fun and creative whilst directing us to get the best possible images. I am not afraid to say that both myself and my partner are quite introverted and not usually camera confident selfie seekers but working with Hollie made me feel at ease and safe to express ourselves. I felt my most beautiful pregnant and fell in love with my partner all over again seeing him become a father for the first time which was illustrated in these pictures. I was so confident with the outcome of these images I wanted to share and enjoy them with family and friends.

For the birth Photography session we had planned a home birth and Hollie had arranged to be on call and made herself available with contingencies in place in the case that if she had to leave her family at a drop of a hat. Once my waters had broken our Midwife advised to call Hollie. Hollie arrived promptly and made herself a silent witness capturing all the moments I wouldn’t have been able to observe. I hardly noticed her presence on this primal and sacred day which turned out to be a 20 hour photoshoot from a home birth set up to hospital transfer, Hollie was with us the whole time to capture the intensity of the contractions to the joy of receiving the baby. My partner and I considered her as part of our “birth team”. Looking back at the photos now I am so pleased we had a Birth Photographer to capture this precious moment of our lives that we could share with both family and friends and keep a more personal version for our own eyes.

After our Daughter was born we arranged a new born shoot at 11 days old. This was in Hollie’s studio which was full of light and creative props that we could choose from.

Hollie possesses a lot of grace, professionalism and patience, as working with newborn is unpredictable around there not yet established patterns. Hollie managed to capture a variety of images and classic family pictures that are ageless and will bless our home for years to come. Hollie has a magic touch with babies and children and was able to calm the baby to get the best positions and outcomes.

There are so many reasons to capture and celebrate the journey of pregnancy, birth and your infant baby. She has frozen times on those precious moments that you can never get back, points in life where you are transitioning and turning a major chapter. I am so pleased that we can review and remember these whenever we choose thanks to these amazing images. 

Thank you thank you thank you sooo much for the amazing photos of my children. We just love them all. You were so great with Billy and Jed and even having my 18month old girl running around your feet and kissing the boys while you were trying to take photos couldn’t have been easy but it didn’t seem to bother you. I’m so glad we got the professional photos taken of the boys and only wish I did it when Alex was a baby. We have them up in our lounge room and everyone that walks in cannot believe how perfect we all look, I don’t know how you did it.”

I can’t thank Hollie enough for these family photos.  She has managed to capture the EXACT personalities of all three of my children.

As you know time goes too fast and that makes the photos you took even more precious to us as you captured so beautifully those hazy sleep deprived early days. Thank you for making us feel so at home and at ease you were so wonderful and patient with Archie and Addison and so kind to forgive Archie’s little accidents. We can’t wait to do it all again with the next bub (in a few years) but I think there will be a few family photo sessions between now and then. Thank you again for taking some truly breathtaking photographs.

I am definitely one for covering it all up during that 9 months of pregnancy, so I must admit I was hesitant about getting my enormous bump out for the maternity shoot! But Hollie made me feel really relaxed and I barely thought about it when I was in there – we even had a great laugh while she was shooting, which was much needed! I walked out having really enjoyed myself. And, as this was the last time I will be pregnant, I now relish the images and reminder of the miracle of life growing inside me, and am so glad she did them. Thank you Hollie! 

Our experience with Hen Photography was amazing. Hollie was so calm and endlessly patient dealing with our cheeky toddler and our crying newborn. The images were so peaceful, serene and stunning. We will treasure them forever.
