Newborn Baby Hannah was in the studio to capture all her newborn details in photographs for her family and one day Hannah’s own family to look at and cherish.I had photographed big sister when she was a newborn herself and it was so great to she her again this time as a big sister. She was full of excitement about her new little sister and I’m sure they will be thick as thieves growing up together.
Sweet baby Ava just 3 weeks old at her newborn photography session. This was another fun newborn photoshoot with lots of laughs and conversation along the way.
Ava’s parents saw baby Maverick’s photographs and were referred to me from Maverick’s parents. I love it when clients refer me as I know it means they truly loved their photographs and the whole Hen Photography experience.
I have met Maverick’s two cousins when they came to Hen Photography for their newborn sessions so it was super exciting when I got to meet and photograph baby Maverick as well.
His parents are just the sweetest with him and you could feel the love they have for their son and the excitement for their lives together as a family.
This family is very special to me – I have been photographing them for around 3.5 years including three newborns sessions, some milestone sessions and a Baby Bump session. We always have a lot of laughs and importantly capture precious moments to last a lifetime. I can’t wait to see them again next time they want to freeze time. Mum told me she has a lot of the photos on the walls at home and plans to get a lot more up while she is on leave. Have you noticed how kids love to see photos of them and their family on display in their homes?
Two adorable siblings together for this newborn photography session – Newborn Lyla and her big brother with the biggest smile and the blondest curliest hair! It did take big brother a bit of time to warm up to the idea of the photographs but once he got started there was no stopping him ad he worked that camera – I could of photographed this family for the entire day we were having so much fun!
It brings me so much joy to be able to created these memories for families to treasure forever.
Kamaiah’s newborn photography session was really sweet with her two older brother’s so very happy to hold, cuddle and have their photographs taken with her. I think they would of been happy to do it all day if they could. It was very special to be able to capture some images of Kamaiah and her parents in their traditional Maori cloaks and even more special that they were handmade by Grandma. They are so exquiste and I’m sure they take a very very long time to make.
